Coffee Pot History: A Family Tradition
Jim McKenna purchased the existing Coffee Pot in Littleton in 1980. He had previously been an auto body mechanic, but the potential of this small coffee shop inspired him to switch gears and found a cafe and all-day breakfast restaurant, becoming a co-owner along with his wife, Jean, that October.

“Don’t let The Coffee Pot’s tiny size fool you. Go there for breakfast. Just go. You will not be disappointed. Excellent eggs benedict, homemade muffins, fresh baked bread and more…. Have visited more than eight times over the years. Always delivers. Seats about 25 people including 10 at the counter, but service is brisk and the tables turn over fairly quickly. Plus, the staff and locals are very friendly… Be sure to check the boards for daily specials and homemade items.”
